It has been another record breaking Year at Prendergast Sixth Form as students celebrate their best ever A Level results.

Under the challenging circumstances of this academic year, students have secured another set of excellent results. There were some outstanding individual performances including Aisha, Florence, Kelvin, Holly, Ruby, Scarlett and Eleanor who achieved A*A*A*.  Jack, Lanya, Natalie, Ivana, Abdulhey and Christine also received A*A*A grades.

At BTec and CTec, Ruth and Michael achieved 3 Distinction* grades.  Aliyah received Dist*, Dist* and an A grade and Riza, Ayeisha, Lathusa and Nicola were awarded Dist*, Dist*, Dist.

Many students have accepted places at some of the top universities in the country including three students who have gained a place at Oxbridge (2 Cambridge and 1 Oxford).  Other students have received places at universities including Kings, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds and the University of York.

Head of Sixth Form Simon Conway stated, “We are extremely proud of all of our students.  They have performed superbly and are benefitting from the huge amount of hard work they have put into their studies over the last two years.  We are delighted that they have gained places at some of the most prestigious Universities in the country and we look forward to watching them develop further into the leaders of the future.”
